How much does the app cost right now?
Nothing. We are in our launch period, so every feature in the app is free for every shop owner — no trial timer, no credit card, no limits. This is our way of letting Indian repair shops adopt the app and shape it with real-world feedback before pricing kicks in.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Your data lives in your Firebase account. Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your data — you can sign back in on another device and everything is there. To actually delete your data, use Settings → Delete Account (30-day grace period applies).
Can I export my customer list?
Yes. Every PDF (invoices, receipts, job sheets) is generated on-device and can be shared via WhatsApp, Gmail, or saved to your phone storage. Full account exports are on the roadmap.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app caches up to 100 MB locally. You can keep creating jobs, adding parts, billing customers — sync happens automatically when you reconnect.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. App Check Play Integrity blocks anything that isn't a genuine signed copy of our app from reading your data. Firestore + Storage rules ensure no other user can see your records. Encrypted in transit and at rest by Google Cloud.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
When paid plans launch later, you will choose what fits your shop. A Free plan will remain available with the essentials. Pro plans will unlock the full app (and every new feature we ship) and will be offered as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime so you can pick the commitment level that matches your business. Existing users will get advance notice and the option to pick a plan that suits their needs — no surprise billing.
